When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed on the same day they are received, during business hours.
Orders will be processed during business hours, provided we have the stock in the salon. Sometimes we sell out of the items especially during peak times. We do everything we can to prevent this from happening but sometimes they are unforeseeable.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times vary between 2 to 14 business days. This will occur once payment has been cleared. Please ensure all your details are correct before you place your order to ensure there are no unnecessary delays. What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
If your item is out of stock and a delay is expected, we will contact you via phone or email to inform you. A replacement or refund can occur or if you are happy to wait for your item to be back in stock, then get it sent as soon as it becomes available.
