Do you offer returns?
We understand you can change your mind, and that’s fine. If you’d like to return a product firstly contact us or call (02) 9986 3100 or email us on email@example.com. Then send your products back in resalable condition (unopened and unused) within 30 days of the order date, and we will be happy to provide you with an exchange or salon credit (postage not included).
Returned items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them, so please pack up any returned items carefully to ensure that they arrive safely, and we are able to complete a return for you.
Refunds, credits and returns will only be processed and dispatched once the originally purchased goods have been received in the salon.
If you purchase Retinol or lactic acid products without consulting a therapist, these products cannot be returned.
What if my product is damaged or incorrect?
If you have received an item and it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. In this case, we are happy to provide a replacement, exchange or salon credit, including all postage costs.
Please don’t dispose of the item until we’ve had a chance to contact you.
All shipping back to us is at consumer’s expense.
Please contact us before sending any item back to us.
What if I have Allergic reaction?
In some cases, we can also accept returns of beauty products where you have experienced an allergic reaction. If this occurs, please contact us and ask to speak with one of our professional Therapist so that we can determine the nature of the problem.
Allergy returns is within 24hours only, past this point is a response which is AMAZING. For returns of this type, we will need to pass your name and contact details on to the relevant manufacturer, so that they can contact you regarding quality control if necessary. An Allergic Reaction Form must be returned with your goods. Please contact us for a copy.
